Martin Kornberger

Martin Kornberger is Professor of Strategy and Organization at Copenhagen Business School.

He has held or holds numerous visiting professorships, including at the University of Edinburgh Business School, the WU Wien, Stockholm University Business School, St. Andrews University, and others. With a background in the Humanities and an eclectic bookshelf behind him, his eyes are firmly focused on innovative ways of managing organizations: How to co-create strategies that lead to sustainable future value creation? How to lead organizational change internally? And how to develop brands that engage with external environments and communities? 

Martin has published numerous articles and books on these and related topics. He thrives on applying his scientific work with management practice. In a previous life, he co-founded the Sydney-based branding agency PLAY which has delivered brand strategies and experiences for clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers, ISS, MINI, Adobe, GlaxoSmithKline, Kellog’s, Subaru, Jaguar, The Sydney Opera House and others.

Today, he applies his research for organizations such as Tetrapak, Deloitte and many others.
